| Fabulous staff, lovely room and we appreciated the extras that came with the Club Room. We would have liked a bit more space as room was very small and we were tripping over suitcases. Also had our baby which made room tighter. We were very grateful there was a portacot and it was in very good condition. My husband loved the television. | |

| Arrived at hotel at 9.30 pm to find they had double booked rooms, many of us sent to their hotel in Kensington which mean an hour's delay and a taxi trip the next morning (another 30 minutes) so not happy,They did however upgrade my room, pay for breakfast and the cab. But I would not go back their id this happened again, | |

| Booked a junior suite (family room) but on arrival room just had a double bed; staff quickly dealy with this and added an extra bed. Recently refurbished hotel; very clean and staff helpful. Located on Shaftesbury avenue - very convenient for central London and theatreland. We would definitely return. |

| Excellent 5-day stay. Good beds, airconditioned, friendly atmosphere. The main attraction of this hotel is its location, right in the middle of the West End. You can just walk over to Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, China Town, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Charing Cross Road, all within 1-15 minutes. You can have dinner and drinks and entertainment of any kind, in any direction within walking or, if you please crawling direction. This hotel is a city dweller's and party go-er's heaven. Naturally Soho is a bit noisy in the streets, however I have slept with the windows open each night without really being disturbed by the traffic or cheering crowds (even after Spain won the football cup and hundreds of Spanish were celebrating in the pub opposite my room) The only downside is that the room was quite small. They should remove a couple of furniture items that, now, cannot be used anyway because there's no space to sit at the desk or on the armchair provided. Neither do we need a space consuming ironing board, and investment per room could be further decreased by removing the exra LCD TV's in the bathrooms. Very good value for money, though. Price will go up in the future ! Would visit again. | |

| Lovely knowledgeable staff whoare just waiting to help, great location, stylish clean rooms with great facilities (nice TV, 15 odd channels, good welcome pack, bathrobes, slippers etc), amazing breakfast - although another reviewers experience seems to differ, our full english / continental choice was both varied and appealing - better cooked and presented than most, with a team of staff serving and refreshing where necessary and a variety of cereals, pastries and beverages. The whole hotel was aesthetically pleasing to a high level, from crockery to bedrooms. One or two minor moans - foyer was quite warm (as was London at the time) and lift is really slow to wait for - not a nice combo after 4 hours travel. Our stay was a clubupgrade, so a lot of the above was included or specific to this package - probably worth the extra £ for the complimentary breakfast alone. overall, a pricey hotel but well worth it if you have the money to spend / freedom to choose the less expensive dates. ***** |

| The hotel room is nice, when upgraded up to the 4th floor. If your room is s standard club room then it is nothing special. Please ask for a room with a bathroom tv as they tend to look nicer. The decor is nice, and pillows divine. Not many TV channels to choose from, and if you get the hotel for about £100 youre a winner, but personally its not worth more than that. | |

| Gorgeous room, and very friendly helpful staff. Toilet pump was extremely noisey during the night and so not much sleep was had. The location of the hotel is ideal for bars, restaurants and theatres. | |

| Excellent Location !!! Everything is on your door step. Rooms are very small, if you are on the larger side then you would have difficulty entering the bathroom. Hot English Buffet breakfast is the worst I've had, everything was cold & the continental breakfast was just as poor with very little choice. If you can get this hotel on a cheap rate just to be in the centre of everything then you won't be disappointed.. Theatre land, Soho, Leicester Square,Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, China Town.. Location !Location !Location ! Though the hotel itself does not have the WOW factor. |

| Great stylish rooms, comfortable beds. The complimentary fruit is a nice touch. Acceptable workspace but a little let down by the size of the bathroom. The hotel is perfectly situated for Theartreland, shopping and Soho. |
