If breakfst is included it will make the stay more convinient . The hotel is within easy reach to many tourist site & hospitals .It will be my prefered stay when I come to London in furture.

I didn't mind the smallness of the room, it is London, but there were no tea/coffee facilities in room and only a shower and not a bath, plus I could not open the window. Surely that is a fire hazard! Staff not particularly friendly. Good location though and very clean.

Service Excellent. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, adequate facilities, hairdryer, tea/coffee, safe etc.Excellent location for central london via central line tube. Only downside they ran out of breakfast but they were extremely busy and the staff did their best. Would have been a 10 had this not happened! We had a lovely stay and are already looking to book to come back later in the year! Thank you.

Its a clean and nice compact room. The breakfast is good too. Some traveller might not like its small size room. But with that price and in a central location. You cant expect much. I get a double room around 65 pounds (try ebay.co.uk). The hotel is located near to several underground and airport bus stops are just nearby. Overrall, its a nice hotel. But not for ppl who look for luxury room.

I read that this hotel had small rooms but the room I had was far smaller than anyone could imagine, how they can get a loo, sink and shower into such a small space was beyond me. When my colleague and I checked in we raised the issue of the small rooms as mentioned in previous coments and was told that we had standard rooms. When checking out and I mentioned how ridiculously small the rooms were, I was told, "when you stay again you must ask for a bigger room, I thought I had actually mentioned this fact when I checked in. Do not stay here unless you are of a very small stature.

Extremely small rooms - not to talk about the bathroom/shower...! Very clean though. Good location.
Not good hotel to travel with little children, don't have baby beds.
Breakfast buffet was rather poor - no hot food at all and not much else either.

Extremely small rooms - not to talk about the bathroom/shower...! Very clean though. Good location, rather noisy streets outside.
The reception staff was helpful but confused.
Breakfast buffet was rather poor - no hot food at all and not much else either.

Very Clean, helpful staff, and Location is great. Right behind the hotel is a the Bayswater station and not too far from that is the Queensway station. Many shops and restaurants around. A shopping center (Mall) is just few minutes away from the hotel.

But, the rooms are very small. It reminds me of the dorm rooms during college days. Coming from the US, the rooms are too small. Considering the price, it is worth it by all means. Breakfast is minimum, you might get better breakfast for outside the hotel for £5.

Bottom line, if you do not mind small rooms, then this hotel is great.

Excellant location, close to Bayswater and Queensway Tubes and the Airbus stop is 1 block away.Lots of cheap restaurants and grocery stores nearby . Rooms are small but location makes up for this. Good continental breakfast.

We stayed for 3 days. The service was not good. The personal in the reseption couldn't answer our questions, did not have map over London, didn't know where the theater was etc. The rooms was clean, but very small, and the shower was not able to do your hair in... The location was good. The cleaning personal started very early in the morning and we heard then all the time outside our room so we couldn't sleep. NOT GOOD HOTEL I AM AFRAID.

Great hotel location near Bayswater and Queensway underground. Airbus to/from Heathrow has a stop nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Single room is clean but a little bit small. Excellent breakfast included in the room rate.

We hade a very nice, clean and bright room facing the tree-lined street. The continental breakfast buffet was a nice surprise - very good! The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite! We really enjoyed our stay! The best offer for this hotel.

Great location with loads of shops round the corner and really close to the tube stations. Room (single) is clean and has decent size but the bathroom is rather small especially the basin. Excellent breakfast and free newspaper delivered to your room door

Good value for money at 61 £ bkfst incl. for a double. Bkfst has REAL orange juice and ham & cheese + great "viennoiserie".
Shame : my room was really cold and was smelling smoke fm a previous guest, I suppose. Can't they ask smoking or non-smoking rooms before ?

clean room, compact (i had a single room) but warm and had what I needed for an overnight stay. The staff were polite and efficient, and for £44 I thought it was excellent value for money. Very easy to find, and lots of eating places nearby in Bayswater.
