The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant without being intrusive in any way.

Fantastic hotel but should provide tea and coffee making facilities in rooms

Service level was appalling! Staff certainly lacked the desirable service attitude. Language proficiency of foreign staff so poor that ordering a meal was a challenge. Room quality was also very disappointing. Air condition was inoperable 6 out of the 7 days' stay; mini bar wasn't replenished; no glasses in the room; lights blown.... Regretably, we won't be coming back!
