Good place in terms of position, nice square, nice style, close to underground and city center. Rooms, service, breakfast are ok. I had a twin instead of a double.

I liked the hotel. Really good for a cheap price. I didn't get a basement room thankfully, but a nice room with a quiet and lovely view. I will come back.

We stayed 7 nights instead of 8, 'cause the first night there was "a problem" with our room. They gave us a room in another hotel. Apart from this inconvenience, we found a lovely staff (ciao Maria!), a nice (twin) room and a good location (very near to the tube, to the park and to Notting Hill).

Friendly staff, excellent location, reasonably fresh breakfast (monotonous over 9 days.) But very noisy guests (Christmas time visit); when we complained to reception (3 different times) we got immediate silence. How do they do that? Somehow ended up with a triple room (3 single beds) when we'd reserved a double bed. But nice spot. We loved Bayswater.

Good value for money, with friendly and efficient staff. Conveniently located close to tube and bus links, so perfect to explore London. Will definitely visit again.

overall a pretty good hotel for the price, nice decor, but the beds could be better (bases of a fold up camp style so no support) and on check-in we were put in a twin room despite having booked a double, didnt get an explanation or a sorry, and didnt get moved till a day later!

We stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. I must say that for a budget hotel, this is a great place. The rooms are real nice and clean. Good value for your money! This coming from a receptionist..

Excellent value for money. A very comfortable room with everything in working order. Very pleasant staff and a good atmosphere. This was my second visit, I wasn't disappointed and I will return again.

Was at this hotel 2 years ago never know I could have left a feedback. When my husband and I checked in there was a problem with the shower not being able to close and some other problems which escape me at the moment. We complained to reciption and the folks changed our room almost immediately and we had a very nice room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We were very happy, no problems with the bed and the rooms were cleaned every day and the folks at the reception were very friendly and nice. I plan on going back in September for 5 days. Sharon

Had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for the 3rd time. We've had 3 VERY different rooms each time. This time the room was at the ground floor with view into a shaft(!). Besides that the room were spacious, nice bath (but with a jet-like fan), lovely beds and very clean. And yes, probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in! We'll be back.

Great value for money. Only 3 bad points - plastic coffee cups, paper bath mat, and dodgy shower.

Have stayed there on a business trip to London twice. Rooms are well decorated. Just wish the English breakfast was in the price then it would be perfect.

Had a most enjoyable stay & found the staff very helpful - especially Roger on reception! (Bar shut a bit too early though!!)

we found the staff very helpful especially Roger on reception and Gerard the bar person. Didn't make breakfast as we had some rather pressing engagements!

Nice clean place with excellent bathroom. Was thouroughly impressed by the price and would recommend staying there. I didnt manage to stay there the night however because i went out and got extremely drunk all night instead!

This hotel provides a friendly comfortable base in the heart of London. At the price, it represents excellent value, which I think would be hard to beat.
