As soon as we arrived we were upgraded. The staff were friendly and the room service was excellent. It was a wonderful way to remember our New Year

The service is awful. For the price they charge, you can get a much better room in the City with friendler and more accomodating staff. The rooms are just ok, and the food in most of their resturants is very very mediocre.

Thank you for a very nice stay, it was a suberb hotel to stay in with a very friendly service. I would definately go back again.

Professional and friendly service. Superb architecture and design. Great rooms. Fantastic breakfast.
