The hotel is near enough from the Gloucester tube station (a short walk of less than 5 minutes). The staff is very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is almost familiar, they are willing to help you with all your problems. I stayed three nights in an individual room that was more than enough for me. I also appreciate that every morning they put a paper at your room door.

Because room was at top of house there could have been a reduced rate. Lift only went to 2nd floor. Otherwise everything was excellent - service, cleanliness and location. We would stay again, but would request a better room than no. 26.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, who even upgraded our room. Exactly what we wanted and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
